It also has Arnica montana to help decrease symptoms of muscle sprain & injury and to promote healing of bruises.

Each 1 g contains: Wintergreen oil 75 mg, Peppermint oil 7.5 mg, Arnica montana tincture 50 mg equivalent to flower dry 10 mg

How to Use

Apply 2 g of gel by massaging gently on the affected area, three times daily or as directed by a health professional.
