Body Assist Bite-Me Anti-Grinding Dental Night Guard provides exceptional comfort, protection and hygiene; designed for those who grind/clench teeth while sleeping. May also be used as a teeth whitening tray and is adaptable to fit a wide variety of tooth alignments, mouth shapes and bite styles. When worn it creates a protective barrier between upper and lower molars so that when grinding occurs, there is no tooth on tooth connection. The base absorbs the force and helps stabilise the jaw. Made with food grade EVA and featuring soft pliable consistency that eliminates pressure and shear (grinding action) on teeth as you sleep. Softer compound than traditional sports guards that look almost the same.

How To Use

If you find the need to trim this guard because it’s not fitting perfectly in your mouth, you may do this with sharp scissors as shown below on the darker areas. Only cut the absolute minimum needed. For best results, simply rinse in cold water or mouthwash. Applied over either upper or lower teeth, depending on comfort. No prep required - no boiling cutting or moulding. Simply insert and sleep. Best replaced when no longer fresh or if damaged. Usually after 3-5 days of use.
