How To Use

Adults - For daily maintenance take 3 to 6 tablets daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed.  

To prevent or treat magnesium deficiencytake 3 tablets 3 times per day, with no more than 3 tablets at one time.

Children (6-12 years) – Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Under 6 years – As professionally prescribed.

Children under 18 - only as professionally prescribed
