Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain (Rosell®-11) 3.8 billion CFU
Lactobacillus helveticus strain: (Rosell®-52) 0.2 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium bifidum strain (Rosell®-71) 1.5 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis spp. lactis strains Howaru® (HN019) 2 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis spp. lactis strains BI-04 2 billion CFU

How to Use

Adults: To reduce the occurrence of symptoms of URTI - Take one capsule once a day.

For support alongside and after antibiotic treatment - Take one capsule in the morning and at night, at least 2 hours away from antibiotic dose.

Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours. Take with food.

Warnings

• KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
• Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Do not use if you are immunocompromised.
• Drink plenty of water.
• If symptoms persist talk to your health professional.
• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
• Do not use if seal on cap is broken.
• If you have any pre-existing conditions, are on any medications, always talk to your health professional before use.
• Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional.
