How To Use
Vaginal Douche Instructions
- Gently insert the nozzle into the vagina.
- Slowly squeeze the bulb.
- Allow the douching solution to flow freely out of the vagina.
- The device may be used while sitting on the toilet, in the bathtub or in the shower.
Rectal Douche Instructions
- Remove the whirling nozzle and the rubber cap at the foot of the nozzle to convert the device into a rectal syringe.
- Apply lubricant to the nozzle to aid comfort and reduce the chance of injury.
- Gently insert the nozzle into the anus.
- Gently squeeze the bulb for approximately 10 seconds, as directed on the packaging.
Cleaning:
- Clean after every use using warm soapy water.
- Insert the nozzle into the water, press the bulb to expel the air and allow the water to be sucked into the bulb.
- Repeat with clean water.
- If you wish you can remove the nozzle from the bulb for easier drying.
