How to Use
Before taking the test, wait 20 minutes after your last drink and 5 minutes after your last cigarette.
1. Firmly press the white caps at both ends of the tube inward to break the security foil seal.
2. Blow for 10 seconds twice into the side where the arrows are located
3. Compare the color of the Crystals to the Color Chart after 4 minutes.
