We are a fast-paced community pharmacy located in Canberra City looking for final-year students who want to secure an internship in 2023/2024.
Completing your intern year with The Pharmacy Network will provide you with the opportunity to learn from experienced, supportive mentors. You will gain a broad range of exposure and extend your knowledge beyond hospital medicines, specifically in highly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART), as well as gain an understanding of our mental health and drug/alcohol programmes. Our mission will be to ensure that after your internship, you are a confident, well-rounded, highly skilled pharmacist ready to take on the challenges of this rewarding profession.
Role Requirements
This role requires you to perform tasks under Pharmacist supervision to the standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild and QCPP. These are full-time positions, and successful applicants will have:
- Completed a bachelor’s degree or Masters in Pharmacy by the end of 2023.
- AHPRA provisional registration by January 2024 to undertake an internship
- Previous pharmacy experience highly desirable
- Flexible hours available, including some Saturday work.
