Our Home by Choice Club is designed to lend a helping hand to those of our community over 65 or mobility impaired who are living at home along by providing the following benefits:

- Delivery available for Club members living in the following postcodes: 2600, 2601, 2602, 2603, 2604, 2605, 2612 & 2614.
- Free samples of hard to find product.

To join the club, contact your preferred store and discuss with our pharmacist how best to organise your prescriptions and they will issue you with a membership card. Alternatively, provide your details on the contact form below and we will contact you and organise the rest!
