How To Use

Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

Contains sulfites and soya beans products. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not use if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
