Ingredients

Zinc (as Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) 20mg, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 180mg, Vitamin C (as Sodium Ascorbate) 320mg. Total Vitamin C 500mg.

How to Use

For immune support and general wellbeing: Adults take 1 chewable tablet daily with food. Take regularly to help reduce duration and severity of common cold symptoms: Adults take 2 chewable tablets daily with food. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
