How To Use

Warm a small amount of oil in the palms and massage onto the body using a mix of circular strokes, soft sweeping movements and gentle acupressure - at the same time lightly pushing, pressing and tapping the skin without dragging or pulling. It can take 6-8 hours for essential oils to be completely absorbed and work their magic, so avoid showering straight after an aromatherapy massage.
